Fear was the first thing she felt. Our staff patiently explained to her so she knows what to expect before, during, and after the surgery. This slowly helped her to feel better.
After the surgery, she couldn’t exactly open her eyes as they’re more sensitive to light. She went home to rest and woke up to a clearer vision though there’s still a bit of haziness which is a normal thing. Her vision gradually got better as time goes.
Every patient has a different recovery time. One must not drive 24 to 48 hours after the surgery. Certain activities such as swimming need to be avoided temporarily.
