Dr. Umi Kalthum Binti Md Noh’s areas of interest in her field include refractive surgery, cataract surgery as well as cornea and external eye diseases. Besides conducting research in her areas of interests as specified, she has also conducted research in other areas including diabetic eye diseases, eye infections and refractive error among children. At present, she is actively involved with organisations such as Asia Cornea Society and Malaysian Society of Ophthalmology.
